Uh-oh. It snowed on my morning run today. The first snow of the year. Actually, it was more like little icy things, but it made me think snow.
Super important snow gear must have is Yaktrax. They go on the bottom of any running shoe and they keep you from sliding. They are about $30 bucks and you can buy them at any running shoe store. I saw some knock-offs at Costco already this year for $14, but I don't want to chance an injury so I stick with the real deal.
