HBR always produces my favorites. Watching this video this morning I knew that others would enjoy it as well. Even though it is 3 days before Christmas and I have already chosen the 6 big things I need to get done today I will make sure to run out and buy the book.
What I want to share with you before you watch it is that you may get a sense that he over simplifies things. I can't quit my job I have bills to pay; a mortgage. Doesn't he know how high unemployment is? Fun at work? That sounds like an oxymoron. If you really really really want something you will make it happen. Everything else is an excuse. Don't let the simplicity of it make it seem unrealistic. All of the best messages are simple. Everyone can shine!
