Many of us have made New Year's resolutions and are already wondering how we are going to fit them in to our busy lives. One important factor is keeping your energy levels up. If cheating yourself out of an hour of sleep was one solution to getting in your resolution then think again about the ramifications. You may get that extra whatever in, but is the entire rest of your day a drag fest because you didn't get enough rest?
Also, don't skip lunch to get it in. Another big energy suck is running on an empty tank. Make sure to eat regularly. Cut calories, sugar, and fat, but don't cut meals.
