Today's workout - KenpoX. I love this cardio routine. With each punch I make up an evil villian who I am attacking. Today it was the bad man who brought the worlds largest tray of baklava to my house Saturday night. Pure evil.

It's so much fun my cat even gets into it.
What are your fitness goals for 2013?
Sounds fantastic. It's a really good way of getting the heart going and burning fat, loving the "how I think" and "how I really" images as well. Very funny. Fitness goals for 2013 include making exercise even more fun and keeping it varied and interesting.
